Samuel Chukwudi Nnaji
An Associate in the firm.
Sam is a high-spirited team player in the firm with keen interest in both traditional and
emerging aspects of law. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Banking Law,
Entertainment Law and Maritime Law. He was part of the legal team that incubated the
multi-million dollar transaction in advanced facility between AFREXIM Bank and Woodhall,
and also that of AFREXIM Bank and Sterling bank, respectively in 2022. He has also played
vital roles in the recovery of funds trapped in different banks – UBA, Access Bank, Union
Bank, GTbank, to mention a few. Has also been involved in the incubation and registration
processes of different startups in Nigeria and Fintech including Kuda Technologies Ltd.
Prior to joining Kalepron, Sam worked as a litigation expert in Ojukwu Faotu & Yusuf (OFY
Lawyers) where he combined law practice with Office Finance Manager which involves the
management of the firms daily financial inflow and outflow (overhead cost). He has
extensive experience in corporate/commercial practice and regulatory compliance practices.
Sam is a member of Nigerian Bar Association – Section on Business Law. A pro bono
(volunteer) lawyer with Nigerian Universities Legal Aid Institutions (NULAI). A registered
member (volunteer) of the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria.
