Emmanuel Agabi is a graduate of law from the Prestigious faculty of law in the University of Benin. After obtaining his Bachelor of laws (LL.B) in 2017 with Honours after working a graduating project where he treated the topic “Developing a Legal Framework for the Protection of the Rights of Internally Displaced Persons in Nigeria”, he proceeded to the Nigerian Law school where he obtained the Barrister of law (BL) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November of 2018. 

Immediately following his graduation, he joined the illustrious Kanu G. Agabi & Associates law firm in Abuja and was immediately thrust into the deep end of the litigation pool where he participated in the Taraba State Governorship Election Petition. While in the employ of Kanu Agabi & Associates, Emmanuel also had the opportunity at a multi-jurisdictional practise, representing the firm in Kogi, Kaduna, Akwa Ibom and the Federal Capital Territory.

Owing to the rich vein of litigation practice and clientele of Kanu G. Agabi & Associates, Emmanuel had the opportunity at working on charges and suites for Zeberced Nigeria Ltd., China Civil Engineering Construction Company Nig. Ltd, amongst a long list of companies. In aspects of criminal representation where the office has very strong practice and experience, Emmanuel was opportune to contribute to corruption cases against political leaders and government executives who were standing trial across different courts of Nigeria.

Emmanuel joined Kalepron Attorneys in 2022 to be a part of a fast growin, innovative and youth-driven law practise, looking to bring his experience at litigation to provide cutting edge in courtroom practise for the firm which is already building reputation for itself in the world of corporate legal practise.
